Terms of Service: TalishaStudio
1. General Overview
By purchasing from TalishaStudio, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our Shopify store and social media platforms.
2. Handmade Nature & Variations
Because our products are handmade with love:
• Unique Items: Each piece is unique. Slight variations in stitch, size, and color (due to yarn dye lots or screen settings) are expected and are not considered defects.
• Custom Orders: For custom event banners or specific crochet requests, customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling and details. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
3. Payment & Pricing
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be received in full before production begins for custom orders or before shipment for ready-to-ship items.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
• Custom Lead Time: Custom event banners and made-to-order crochet have a lead time of 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
• Worldwide Shipping: We ship from the UK. TalishaStudio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred by international customers.
• Delivery Issues: Once an item is handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays or lost packages, though we will assist in tracking where possible.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom banners and made-to-order crochet, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged.
• Standard Items: Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at talishastudioco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
6. Product Care
TalishaStudio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care (e.g., machine washing delicate crochet items). Please follow the care instructions provided with your order to ensure longevity.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and branding (including the TalishaStudio logo) are the property of TalishaStudio. They may not be used, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
