Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

We want you to love your handmade pieces.

• Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us.

• Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom event banners and made-to-order crochet (items made to your specific color/size/text requests), these are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging.

• Free from any scents (perfume, smoke) or pet hair.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a non-saleable condition.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at talishastudioco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

• Faulty/Damaged Items: If an item is faulty or was damaged during transit, TalishaStudio will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Please note that international customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through TalishaStudio.

6. Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at talishastudioco@gmail.com with clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging.
