Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Production Times

We take great care in creating and packaging your items. Please note that processing time (the time it takes to make/prepare your order) is separate from shipping time (the time it takes the courier to deliver).

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.

• Custom Orders: Since these are handmade to your specifications (custom banners and crochet), please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders from our studio in the United Kingdom.

• UK Domestic: Estimated delivery is [Insert Courier, e.g., Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class], typically taking 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

TalishaStudio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). If a package is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, we will refund the cost of the product (excluding custom items) but cannot refund the shipping costs.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

TalishaStudio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience:

• Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at talishastudioco@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
