• How long does delivery take?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your handmade items. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
• How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We offer tracked options so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
• Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey.
Product Care: Crochet & Bags
Our pieces are handmade with love. To keep your Talisha Studio items looking new for years, please follow these care guidelines:
1. Washing Your Crochet
• Hand Wash Only: We strongly recommend hand washing your crochet clothing and bags in cool water with a mild detergent.
• No Wringing: Never twist or wring out your items. This will stretch the stitches and ruin the shape. Gently squeeze the water out instead.
• The Towel Trick: Lay your wet item on a clean towel, roll it up, and press down to absorb the extra moisture.
2. Drying & Reshaping
• Lay Flat: Always dry your crochet items flat.
• Never Hang: Do not hang wet crochet; the weight of the water will pull the garment out of shape.
• Air Dry: Keep items out of direct sunlight while drying to prevent colors from fading.
3. Bag Specific Care
• Storage: When not in use, store your bags flat or "stuffed" with tissue paper to help them keep their shape. Avoid hanging them by the straps for long periods to prevent stretching.
